I write MG and YA full time. I'm a
member SCBWI, RWA and Pikes Peak Writers. My work has been a finalist in the Heart of
Denver Molly Contest and won second at the PPWC conference contest.
Along with a friend I run www.yaromance.com, a website devoted to all things girl-YA that include a first kiss, tummy butterflies and great romance.
I've worked as an online marketer and develper for Towrrecords.com, FOX TV, and UNM Engineering. When I'm not writing, I'm a freelance web developer and marketer. I manage four websites and volunteer with the Pikes Peak Library District youth writing group. I also volunteer with some local after school enrichment programs for D-11 and D20 in Colorado Springs. I love to work with kids who love to write.
Joseph Campbell's work has inspired me to study story structure and how emotion within a story can move people through time and across cultures. Emotion is the key to everything. I owe JC for keeping me on
a journey through the world mythologies, folk tales, and the collective unconsciousness while I search for my own bliss.
